Cybersecurity Managed Services Are the Core of Everything We Do

At Colden Company, cybersecurity is the foundation of every solution we design, deploy, and manage. Our clients rely on our cybersecurity managed services to:

  • Protect sensitive data from evolving cyber threats
  • Prevent ransomware, downtime, and catastrophic data loss
  • Ensure systems and data are recoverable when incidents occur
  • Align IT operations with real‑world risk, compliance, and business continuity needs

Rather than layering disconnected tools, we deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and services that account for prevention, detection, response, and recovery. This holistic approach allows our clients to operate with confidence—even in the face of disruption.

Security That Supports Business Continuity

    • Ongoing monitoring and threat response

The Meaning Behind “Colden”

Colden Company is named after Mount Colden, one of the High Peaks in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York.

Founder Jim Lapointe, an avid hiker and member of the Adirondack 46er Club, chose the name as a reflection of the values that guide the company: preparation, resilience, discipline, and respect for complex environments.

Just as a successful climb requires planning and adaptability, secure and reliable IT environments demand foresight, vigilance, and experience.
